Bentley Draw – Full Terms and Conditions

1. Prize draw open to named ticket holders with pre-booked tickets aged 18 or over who attend the Entrepreneurs Bootcamp 2009 event (the “Event”) on October 2nd and 3rd 2009, excluding employees, agents or contractors of Bookingline plc, or members of their immediate family.
2. The prize is a pre-owned Bentley Continental GT (“Prize”) formerly belonging to Andrew Reynolds. The car is offered on as-is basis. See clauses 8 & 9 for more details.
3. Each qualifying ticket to the Event entitles the bearer to one entry to the draw. One ticket per person only.
4. The winner will be selected in a random draw to be conducted on stage at the event in the presence of PromoVeritas, the independent verification service, at a time to be announced during the two day event. The draw will take place on either Friday 2nd or Saturday 3rd October 2009 .
5. The winner will be announced immediately live on stage, but in order to be eligible for the prizes, the selected entrant must meet the following criteria:
   1. Must meet the eligibility requirements for the Prize, e.g. is aged 18 or over and holds a valid full UK Driving Licence and
   2. Be present in the Event arena at the time of the draw and
   3. Present themselves to the representative of Bookingline plc on the stage immediately and
   4. Is able to present sufficient proof of identity
6. In the event that the selected entrant is not present at the draw, or fails to meet any of the above criteria or is unwilling to accept the prize for any reason, their award will be disqualified and the prize re-awarded to an alternate entrant until the entry criteria are met.
7. By entering, the winner consents to allow the Promoter to use their name and image (video and photographic) for promotional and marketing purposes.
8. The Prize will remain the property of the Bookingline plc until a transfer document is signed by the winner. The Prize is to be collected within 14 days of the draw at a place and time specified by Bookingline plc
9. The Prize will be supplied with any remaining vehicle duty or fuel at the time of collection at no additional cost and at the discretion of Bookingline plc any remaining warranty that is capable of transfer. All other costs associated with the Prize (including insurance, excise and other running and maintenance costs) will be the responsibility of the winner from the date of collection.
10. Neither Bookingline plc nor Andrew Reynolds accepts any liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the awarding of the Prize or for issues with the Prize itself.
11. The Prize winner may not make public reference to the prize, relate their story in any commercial or non-commercial media, nor use the terms Andrew Reynolds, Bookingline plc, the Entrepreneurs Bootcamp without the express permission of the Promoter. The winner will not make any misleading or false representations to third parties regarding the Prize.
12. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated prize.
13. Bookingline plc may (without giving any reason or notice and at its absolute discretion) decline to accept a ticket application. Similarly should an attendee be asked to leave the Event at any time (for example, because of unruly behaviour or because they are required to leave the building by the venue owners, Bookingline plc or their agents) the attendee will have no right to take part in the draw and their ticket will be void.
14. Bookingline plc also accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or unreadable tickets.
15. Bookingline plc’s decisions made pursuant to these Terms & Conditions shall, once made, be final and binding.
16. Bookingline plc reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion prior to the draw.
17. Entry in to the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms.
18. For information, 100% of all proceeds from ticket sales for the Event are going to Make-A-Wish-Foundation UK – Charity Reg No. (England & Wales) 295672 / (Scotland) SC037479.
